09CuPCrNi-A Steel Coils, also known as 09CuPCrNi-A weathering steel coils, is an alloy steel with excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance. This steel is made by adding specific alloying elements, such as copper (Cu), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), etc. to ordinary mild steel (such as Q235 steel) to improve its weather resistance and mechanical properties.

Weather resistance: The weather resistance of 09CuPCrNi-A Steel Coils is 2-8 times that of ordinary carbon steel, and the corrosion resistance is 1.5-10 times that of ordinary carbon steel.

Visual performance: Corroded steel plates change over time, and their colors are brighter and more saturated than normal building materials.

Molding capacity: Compared with other metals, weathering steel is easier to form and has good integrity.

Space definition capability: Very thin steel plates can be used to divide the space, making the site concise.

09CuPCrNi-A Steel Coils main chemical components include:

Carbon (C) : ≤0.12%

Silicon (Si) : ≤0.80%

Manganese (Mn) : ≤1.20%

Phosphorus (P) : ≤0.15%

Sulfur (S) : ≤0.03%

Copper (Cu) : ≥0.25%

Chromium (Cr) : ≥0.30%

Nickel (Ni) : ≥0.30%

In addition, trace alloying elements, such as V, Ti, Nb, Xt, etc., can be added according to demand to further improve the performance of steel.

09CuPCrNiA steel plate has excellent mechanical properties, including:

Tensile strength: generally 370-550MPa

Yield strength: 240-300MPa

Elongation: Generally 25%-35%

Impact toughness: 27-55J/cm²

09CuPCrNi-A Steel Coils are hot rolled or annealed after hot rolled. Hot-rolled steel plates may be delivered after pickling upon agreement between the supply and demand parties. When delivered in flat form, the four sides of the steel plate should be cut neatly and at right angles.
