Structural Steel S355J2WP with Atmospheric Corrosion Resistance

Structural steel S355J2WP is with improved atmospheric corrosion resistance, with a specified minimum yield strength at ambient temperature 355MPa. S355J2WP has higher phosphorus content than S355J2W.

S355J2WP structural steel plate is delivered in normalized rolled or as-rolled condition. As-rolled condition is without any special rolling and/or heat treatment condition.
Normalized Rolling process: in which the final deformation is carried out in a certain temperature range leading to a material condition equivalent to that obtained after normalizing so that the specified values of the mechanical properties are retained even after normalizing.
Delivery Condition:
Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled, Normalized, Quenched, Tempering, Thermal Mechanical Control Process (TMCP)
