The normal temperature and corrosion mechanical properties of ordinary steel and weathering steel were studied. The mechanical properties of Q235NH steel after corrosion were analyzed by atmospheric exposure test. The above studies have found that the impact of the environment has a greater impact on the mechanical properties of Q235NH steel. At room temperature, Q235NH steel has better mechanical properties. There is a downward trend.
Q235NH steel has no sound when it breaks, and the fracture of the tensile specimen before and after corrosion changes relatively uniformly and smoothly, and the section shrinkage is very obvious; during the stretching process of the corrosion specimen, when corrosion begins to occur, the rust layer is unstable The adsorption force of the layer is small, and the rust layer on the surface of Q235NH steel has a phenomenon of falling off during the stretching process.
As the corrosion time increases, the adsorption force of the rust layer increases, and the adhesion on the Q235NH steel substrate is relatively tight. During the subsequent stretching process of the specimen, the rust layer is not easy to fall off and is relatively stable; until the specimen is broken, it can still be seen To the obvious rust layer, the rust layer on the surface of Q235NH steel has a phenomenon of lifting.
On the basis of the existing work, the tensile properties of Q235NH after corrosion are studied, and the change rule of Q235NH properties affected by corrosion is analyzed.
