Forging speed and feed: 10~50 mm/min,2~5 mm/min,0~4 mm/min; With the forging size, shape, material thickness.
Die temperature: 900℃ (heat conduction coefficient); 1100℃ (coefficient of thermal expansion); 1200℃ (thermal strength and hardness). When the forging size is less than 6 mm, the die temperature should be less than 700℃.
Mold making: Mold opening according to the required size and shape.
Specification for heat treatment and delivery status of 35CrMo4 steel, quenched (860℃±20℃, 2h); Tempering (700~850℃, 3h); Condition of delivery: Hot rolled steel to be delivered in heat-treated or non-heat-treated condition. The hot rolled round rod is quenched to 830℃±20℃ by oil, and the oil cools slowly after cooling. Bar opening using water quenching to 780-800℃, air cooling.
