UNI Fe 510 C2K1 weathering steel plate welding

During the welding process, the UNI Fe 510 C2K1 weathering steel plate butt joint weld toe was repaired and (annealed). The microstructure, mechanical properties and residual stress after welding were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the weld toe can not only be improved after repairing. The UNI Fe 510 C2K1 weathering steel plate was subjected to 875℃ water quenching and 400～650℃ tempering to examine the microstructure and mechanical properties. The results show that with the increase of the tempering temperature, the microstructure of the UNI Fe 510 C2K1 weathering steel plate changes from tempered troostite to tempered sorbite, and carbon atoms gather at the boundary of the martensite lath and become spheroidized.

The average size of martensite lath bundles gradually increases, and the number of large-angle grain boundaries increases. The yield strength of UNI Fe 510 C2K1 weathering steel plate is comparable to that of martensite lath bundles. Linear relationship. The mechanical properties of UNI Fe 510 C2K1 weathering steel plate that has been water quenched at 875℃ and tempered at 500℃ meets the requirements of 10.9S grade high-strength bolts.
