Measures to change the deformation of SPHC weathering steel plate

(1) By studying the uniformity of deformation between racks and the uniformity of laminar cooling, it is analyzed that the main reason for the poor shape of SPHC weathering steel plate is the uneven cooling of laminar flow.

(2) Reduce the rolling speed of SPHC weathering steel plate from 9.33 to 8.33 m/s, and roll at a constant speed, reduce the final rolling temperature from 880 to 860°C, and adjust the interlayer cooling mode from F7 exit fast cooling to sparse cooling on the fourth rack of boiling water The laminar flow cooling rate can be reduced, the laminar flow cooling uniformity can be improved, and the temperature difference of the cross-section of the laminar flow cooling population can be reduced by 15-20°C.

(3) After taking the above measures, the shape quality of SPHC weathering steel plate has been significantly improved, and the proportion of coils with bad shape of SPHC weathering steel plate has been reduced from 70% to 80% to 2% to 4%.
