Welding procedure of ASTM A588 grade B weathering steel plate

Different from ordinary steel plate, ASTM A588 grade B weathering steel plate has good corrosion resistance. 1. Weld grooves in ASTM A588 grade B weathering steel plate and stainless steel plate are processed respectively;
2. After the dirt around the groove is removed by polishing, the groove of the high-grade steel plate is paired with the groove of the stainless steel plate to form the welding area;
3. The non pulsating solder is used to weld the welding area of high ASTM A588 grade B weathering steel plate, and the primer layer is formed in the lower part of the welding area;
4. Non pulsating solder is used to cover the upper surface of the welding layer in the welding area to form a coating in the welding area. By welding ASTM A588 grade B weathering steel plate under low current and voltage, the heat of ASTM A588 grade B weathering steel plate is reduced and the weldability of ASTM A588 grade B weathering steel plate is improved.
